Stay Away - Culture of lies.

Work from Home - that's it.

5 employees just left this month - They were tired of being told to lie to clients on what the system can do in order just to have sales close the sell. Yes, the company sells alot, and yes, everything is on escalation because everything sold were untrue. Looks good in new business, sooooo bad in retention as cancellations and refunds left and right. Funny facts: Some of who left just got promoted - I guess the promotion was to shut them up, but did not work Company had a new CTO - gone in less than a year They will have you sign an Arbitration Agreement which is already a RED FLAG in itself. They already know they can be sued. Company has a Culture Club, and one of the head members apparently steal accounts all the time. Just goes to show what the culture is. Culture of lies.

Only pro about this company is that they are Remote.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Revolving door of employees! New sales has not hit their goals for some time now. Tech support is deeply understaffed. Support is quiting left and right! No proper training is being put in place! Senior tech support have quit along with great amazing sales reps for what happening with the company right now! Our existing clients are also no longer receiving white glove service and are being pushed to do self set up. Tech support is unhappy! Sales in unhappy! Finance is over worked! Our new management has no idea what they are doing. They claim to have an open door policy but they don't. Its stay quiet or your out the door! They will find a way to get rid of you eventually if you have any concerns. HR is only looking out for the company. If you do bring up concerns or people stealing from the company that are in management, it gets pushed under the carpet. Stay away from this company. Our management below the suits above also are checked out and have admitted they know what is being done internally is not correct but want to keep their jobs so they remain quiet. Company continues to cut cost on everything. Benefits use to be decent, now there are few options and the pay outs are less.
