Pros

Great training & people who truly care about clients, and helping families.

Cons

Benefits not great and although there are lots of families who need services for their children, there always were difficulties finding new clients to fill in schedule. However the company is constantly improving this system.

Thank you for your feedback! We've continued to improve in all areas, and now offer fully paid certification and professional training, more field support, and even more opportunities to match great people with families and children.

Pros

Great job to start out if you are interested in the special needs community. The work can be very rewarding, however the progress takes time. You essentially get to make your own schedule so it's a great job for students. And of course, you get to play with the kids!

Cons

Pay could be better. The training alone won't really prepare you for the most part, especially if you don't have prior experience with ASD. Supervision is close to none which can make it very difficult in this field of work. Not enough support from supervising staff makes it easy to feel unattached from the company. Work environment can sometimes be very intense and overwhelming.

We really appreciate your honest feedback, as we're constantly looking for ways to improve. This year we increased our compensation ranges, offer paid certification and professional development trainings, and increased individualized support for our field staff.

Pros

You could set your own hours, were free to "interview" families for good fits, and I enjoyed the work -doing ABA therapy for kids with ASD.

Cons

Tough to get to full time hours. Training and supervision was minimal, which can be tough when you are working with kids in the full range of diagnosis on the autism spectrum. Pay was very low.
