Pros

- Plenty of opportunity for personal growth - Fun workplace - Managers are super helpful and want to see you succeed - Benefits are great - Work from home 1 day a week - Learning and Development teams are top notch - Support in finding another role within the company if your current role is no longer a fit for you

Cons

- Distrust of execs due to the compensation structure changing TWICE in my first 6 months - Lower morale and motivation in the sales department makes it suck to work there now - Although company allows employees to work 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, certain managers force their teams to work from 7am-5pm as part of the "grind" while still only paying employees for 8 hours. Knowing that I work 20 hours per month more than other teams yet still make the same pay makes me really, really hate my team

Pros

Met some great and normal people through this job. I learned a lot about what is NOT normal in a working environment and how companies should NOT treat their employees.

Cons

Where to begin. Arrive does a great job of appealing to new grads who aren't really sure where to begin in their professional career. Let me be clear - anything a recruiter says or shows you during the interview process is a LIE. This is a terrible place to work and literally every single aspect of this job is toxic. Management is disorganized and is not able to communicate effectively with their team. The constant changes in procedures felt as if there was no clear direction for the company/role. Every department would be told a different standard for a procedure, each department believed they were in the right. There is a blatant lack of respect between departments. Grown men acting like children, talking down to their peers, screaming at other reps, slamming keyboard out of frustration. THIS IS NOT NORMAL!! Many reps who have been at Arrive for a couple years truly believe they are untouchable - and for the most part, they are correct! Management will come up with any excuse to defend an arrogant reps behavior, it doesn't matter if people have had issues with certain reps and feel uncomfortable working with them. These reps are given special treatment and face zero repercussions for any of their actions/words. There is a sad lack of work/life balance. Management seemed to be aware their employees were deeply unhappy but claimed they were unable to make any real changes. I had multiple round tables with other members of my department and our director where we discussed what we would appreciate at Arrive and it fell on deaf ears. This is not a positive work environment. You are bombarded with negativity from the moment you walk into the building to the moment you leave. Bonuses are based on metrics that were completely out of our control. We did not receive commission on any loads, while some sales reps were making 3-4x our salary and we handled 90% of the day to day operations for the accounts. It felt like management continued to ask more of us with zero incentives. Please, do not be fooled by this company. This is not a place you want to work. It is not worth it.

Pros

The culture, the people, the fast paced work ethic.

Cons

Rules and requirements change every single week. The upper management is constantly changing their mind on what they value. If you are not ready to make 150 calls a day, then you will not succeed at this role. You will excel at this role if you can handle problem after problem, live on the phone, and devote your 24-7/365 life to it. Managers do not see you as a person, they just see you as a number. They try to push out new hires as quickly as possible so they can just be replaced. I worked there for over 2 years and watched the entire company flip its beliefs and values over this time. You will be held to some new made up metric every single week. Nobody above you can handle any constructive criticism. Beware! Only work here if you can handle the insane pressure they put on you every day. You will not have a personal life if you want to make 6 figures or over here.
