Business Outlook
Pros
Benefit package is reasonable and, compared to other organizations, the insurance premiums are quite inexpensive. Having an employee clinic and gym onsite is very nice.
Cons
Those who go above and beyond are very often not recognized while those that fail to provide value to the organization are promoted. The pay does not follow market trends and the rationale has always been that the organization provides exceptional benefits which is part of the total compensation package. Over the last year benefits have shrunk and compensation is still low.
