Pros
Most coworkers are cool. The work done here is important and well done. Benefits are good, but are being chipped away at an increasing rate every day.
Cons
CEO and many other execs care far more about meeting arbitrary budgets than providing for employees well-being. CEO seems hellbent on purchasing up every surrounding building in Research Park due to some childlike god complex to own it all. Every month there are new announcements made in the guise of improving the company and/or employee experience, but everything is a step towards misery. If you require something for your job that costs any extra money whether that be supplies, training, equipment, or another FTE you’ll be hard pressed to get approval for it. Gotta save that money so Andy can buy another building to justify forcing RTO.
