Best work environment - ever!

Pros

Places a strong emphasis on ensuring clients are loved and cared for. Although management and staff is placed under a great deal of pressure, the work environment is like working with family members. We take care of each other and the fun committee really makes this an enjoyable place to work. We're given a fair amount of time off and we're given FREE HEALTHCARE.

Cons

The hours can be long at times.

Working with the kids if you want to work A LOT of hours this place will surely give them to you

Cons

Poor Management works you like a dog don't bring a complaint to management because they will tell who made the complaint and let them read it. They keep you as part-time so they don't have to pay you benefits but will work you over 50 plus hours, pay will be messed up time sheets changed. do not use are reference because they will bash you even if you were a good worker

Working with clients is the only pro at this place

Cons

Corporate is dishonest, there is no support given for low level employees, toxic work environment, management doesn't care about you. One time when I had to call out sick, I was told "well I hope you can come in this afternoon because we don't have any clinicians today." They really don't care how much you have on your plate, they keep giving more things with totally unrealistic deadlines.
