Pros

I guess the pay would be one of the pros but it's decent. Not the best but decent.

Cons

This is where my one star rating comes in, as a supervisor, you are completely lost and encouraged to lie to the client if things are not going well. Instead of being transparent and see where we can work on things together. Other than that. Everything is about who you know, not what you know. A lot of the times I would be the most knowledgeable person in the room, but then a program would just fail and then I will be moved to another program and there I would be the least knowledgeable. And you would think that they would teach you how to work through the environment of the new program well that's. The rest of the manager, supervisors or even the team are so busy with the current work that they have no time to teach you any of the basics. If not any of the detailed works for it to even matter. So you would be a supervisor only for just fixing ours and working on escalations but that's about it. Trust me if you ever become a supervisor, this same situation will happen to you. I'm very happy that I left and now I'm currently in another job that values its employees.

Pros

Overall, it’s a good place to work with a lot of supportive and hardworking people. Things move fast, but there are a lot of opportunities to learn, grow, and get involved in meaningful work. Leadership seems focused on improving the company and continuing to invest in better tools, technology, and employee development. It’s also nice knowing the work has a real impact on helping patients get access to care.

Cons

Because the company is growing pretty quickly, priorities and processes can change often. Communication between teams has improved, but there are still times where things can feel a little disconnected during bigger projects or changes. Workloads can also get pretty busy during launches or high-volume periods.

Pros

Decent pay. Not great. But decent considering other places in the area.

Cons

Management needs improvement. Can’t keep help because it’s a call center job with high expectations that cause stress. It CAN be a fully remote but it’s mostly a hybrid job depending on your performance (not just at the beginning, the whole time). The company makes promises to clients that can’t necessarily be kept so employees have to jump through hoops to make it happen. I constantly see “urgently hiring” for job postings which is a huge red flag.
