Pros

Nice office, decent health benefits, no micromanagement

Cons

No structure, management never gave direction regarding the job, there was no training. After months they just let people go for no reason.

Pros

Free beer that's it .. No work and life balance . Find another company to work for

Cons

Even with a policy in writing , they do what they want .. Never trust them with your bonus .. Seems like you must have a attorney present to work for them.. Because they will try to screw you .. Management makes bonus promises .. Than act like it never existed .

Pros

The recent reviews are def from management to cover up the mass firings. The company could be a great company if they would give people a chance to understand their roles. To many chiefs!! The software is solid and new improvements will make it better. The model of the software def helps patients get their drugs sooner.

Cons

The management is aware of glass door reviews were bad so they decided to PLANT some good reviews to attract talent. The reason they need new talent is bec they keep firing people before they give them a chance to perform the duties. Their is so much in fighting there and everyone points the finger at the other person. They all want to suck up to Jeff the CEO to keep their jobs, so they have no issues with throwing each other under the bus. The corporation has a lot of chest beaters and that causes the issues of work lagging. The non management people are good people. The management causes a lot of the in fighting and it usually ends up in people loosing their jobs. If you like a disorganized company and can stomach upper management grand standing that you will be fired if you don't tote the company line then go for it. Lastly funny all the positive feedback is anonymous. People like me who tell the truth have to anonymous because we like to keep our current jobs. So you make the choice what is real and what is propaganda. I am looking to get out of here.
