The pay is good for what you do.

Cons

Management has no idea what they’re doing and constantly ask the leads. Management clearly has favorites. Full of people who ask like they’re still in high school and not grown. The training was disorganized.

Management is extremely incompetent and do not have management experience that aligns with the needs of the company. They do play favorites and everyone is held to a different standard.
