Cons

No Leadership at the OP site. The managers now are driving good people to leave A lot of managers who play favorites and only allow friends to be promoted. This company will post positions then not schedule interviews and hand jobs to unqualified individuals. No parental leave, tuition reimbursement.

Flexible Hours, Benefits, Leadership, Culture CEOs are excellent guys, very approachable and have an open door policy. Fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities for growth for those who show initiative and can do attitudes. You get to work on applications that make a real difference in peoples lives. Healthy work/life balance. The job is truly what you make of it and is definitely not for everyone. If you have a drive to succeed and enjoy a fast pace environment then the job is for you. A positive attitude goes along way and contributes to the amazing culture upper management has instilled.

Cons

No place I have ever worked at is ever perfect. All have their flaws. But I wouldn't want to work for any other company in the area. With any growing company you will have bumps in the road but what I haven't seen in my time here is they do not stay complacent. We are constantly trying to improve internal processes to make a better development experience.

Pros

Great working environment where creative thought and entrepreneurial thought is encouraged. The CTO is decisive and very helpful when approached pertinent questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone who ready to work and learn. Fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunity.

Cons

If you are used to everything being spelled out for you, and if you are not “light on your feet”, probably not a good fit.
