Toxic and Unprofessional

Pros

Honestly no pros to this company whatsoever.

Cons

Leadership lies not only to you but to clients on SLA expectations, hybrid positions and have no clear knowledge of work processes. Extremely negative work atmosphere. You get two weeks out of the year of PTO then start accruing disciplinary points EVEN if it’s a medical reason with documentation. HR will try to cover their tracks and not provide you documentation on workplace misconduct to deflect accountability. Even when it comes to sexual harassment.

Pros

Remote and flexible but that's average norm.

Cons

Getting recognition for what you offer or do is not noticed or not good enough. Getting promoted is like starting over. No one is offering or willing to take you on.

Pros

Nothing nice to say about this company

Cons

The reviews don’t lie! I should have listened. Where do I even start? This place is a joke. The “training” is only two weeks, if you can even call it training. The people responsible for training rush through everything, and you’re not even allowed to take notes. They expect you to catch on immediately, which is nearly impossible when the trainers themselves don’t seem to know what they’re doing or can’t answer most of your questions. This company has two locations, yet the supervisors are not even onsite. If you have a question, you’re basically on your own. They expect you to figure everything out by yourself, and if you don’t catch on fast enough, good luck because they will fire you without much explanation. I’ve seen people let go for being less than five minutes late. The company is full of leads and supervisors who don’t help you succeed. Instead of supporting their employees, they seem more focused on themselves. If you’re considering working here, be very careful and make sure you have a backup plan. In my experience, you will either get fired or end up quitting, because there is no real opportunity to move forward in this company.
