Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt
Pros
- Excellent work environment, company will respect your personal needs as long as you are getting your work done. - Upper management listens to concerns and attempts to make a change to fix things, I've been an employee for a long time and have seen the good and the bad, and I can honestly say we're at the best point we've been and are trending upwards. - CEOs are excellent guys, very approachable and personable, and I think their attitude fuels the rest of the company. - Work being completed is actually helping people out in the real world, which is fulfilling to people. - Work is completed within autonomous teams which allow you to work closely with all facets of business/development to collaborate and complete work
Cons
- As is with mostly all tech firms, processes don't account for everything and need to be standardized across teams to streamline missing pieces - Previous management struggled with vision and focus and created issues, hence a lot of the negative comments on these reviews. - Open seating chart isn't for everyone, in the team based scenarios it works well, but for others it can be a distraction.
