Pros

Competitive pay, free snacks and Soda.

Cons

Open concept seating does not give any privacy to employees while working. Employees are being given management roles without experience of ever having management experience elsewhere. High turnover, long hours little to no breaks. HIe more contractors.

Thanks for the awesome insight on how we can possibly improve our seating and training opportunities. While we are far from perfect, we always do our best to make sure that our employees always feel valued and appreciated and your input is much appreciated!

Pros

Clean environment, healthy snacks provided to employees, understanding and flexibility when needed from management and HR. Possibilities within the company to transfer to different positions and areas. Product we work on is valuable and we feel proud of being able to contribute.

Cons

Not a lot of training, no tuition. No Sick days. Angry employees all over the place. Managers and leads becoming unreachable due to growth of the company and being too busy to help/listen.

Thanks for the review and your input on training and PTO. Just in case you weren't aware of it, we recently increased PTO for all ARx employees and each team has a training budget - I encourage you to contact myself or your manager regarding desired training opportunities.

Pros

People try to earn their keep while they seek for other jobs, collaboration is there from most, but many are so tired and overworked that they just barely do what is needed to keep the job. Most are friendly.

Cons

Benefits are poor, salaries are non competitive, growth opportunities are NOT there, there is no encouragement, motivation, or a platform to advance in knowledge or skill set. Tuition reimbursement or seminars forget about it. You become stagnant at this company. The office setting is horrible. There is no space, everyone is crammed in top of each other, very poor design. The turnover ratio is unbelievable. They can't keep resources. Few of the directors are a joke that have zero management skills and are a complete bottleneck. The call center people walk around constantly and steal from the kitchen area. The snacks are the cheapest kind you can get and limited. The roadmap for this year if plenty but not enough people to fulfill and they have the audacity to say that they have the capacity. Company is client centric and does not care about employees. No life work balance.

Establishing and maintaining an inclusive and positive culture is one of our main priorities, especially as we continue to grow. As a current employee I would love the chance to speak to you 1:1 regarding your concerns. I truly believe that if we stick together and work through these issues as team the outcome will be amazing and well worth it!
