High Salary, Bonus and Incentives. And there is work-life balance.

I’ve had a generally positive experience with Asurion and I appreciate their compassion and high paying job here in Philippines. However, I encountered challenges with the management of Soluto/VZW, Based on my experience, 80% of the agents are having a hard time making a quality sale that most of them committed tier 1, 2, 3 offense, that could lead to termination. This action was driven by their coaches who became greedy. And because of that, it resulted into massive termination last August to November 2023. And continued February to March 2024. That's why the company is continuously hiring since then.
