Pros

nothing. like i can’t think of anything that is good here because all of my favorite co-workers have quit due to management. this place has me contemplating suicide at least 4 times a day.

Cons

this place is a con. the whole damn place is a con. the managers are praying for your down fall and you good deeds go unnoticed. this place used to be good, but then the good people left, and the bad people stayed.

Pros

The only pros to this company is the employee discount which can be shared between employees and any family member and its a good percentage, not your usual 10%

Cons

Poor senior and corporate management, lack of planning and structure, no regard for employees as people, creating unreasonable expectations and goals for a big box retailer with the payroll of a mom and pop shop. No paid bereavement time.

Pros

Hard working team members. If you find the right people. Benifits for upper management are about average compared to other companies. Rolling PTO and I had a good store manager but horrible front end manager.

Cons

Where to begin; This company is considered to be a big box retail chain that is expanding way to fast to control the issues that arise at the store level. You have a set number of hours to strictly adhere to but it's nowhere near enough to maintain a 200k square foot building. Pay for the employee are miniscule at best barely above minimum wage for hourly which causes a high turnover ratio based off the large volume of work needed. They have no control over the inventory that comes to the store. Just "here's your truck" make it fit. All they care about is how many pallets did you do. HR is a joke and would just rather fire you then figure out what the problem is because they can find someone stupid enough to do it cheaper once again Results in high turnover. Upset customers ALL the time due to being under staffed which causes lost sales. Seems they care about the bottom line more then fostering customer-employee-company relations.
