Pros

-Accessibility to the C-Suite and other leaders -The company lives their values of "Humble, Hungry, and Mindful" -They respect people have a life outside of work so even when bandwidth is limited, we can still prioritize personal needs -Accountability and support from leadership & team members go hand-in-hand

Cons

-Bandwidth can be limited at times as the company is growing and securing new project work -Context switching occurs but it allows for impact across multiple parts of the organization

A fall from grace

Pros

Great and knowledgeable coworkers. Plenty of work to go around.

Cons

When I first started at this company, it was a great place to grow as a technician. It wasn’t perfect, but if you worked hard, it was rewarding and you could end your day with a real sense of satisfaction. Unfortunately, once the new management took over, everything changed. They pushed out several experienced managers, using them as scapegoats while cutting costs, and the company’s decline was almost immediate. The new leadership seems more focused on protecting their egos than on improving the workplace or supporting employees. Disagreeing with them or even offering honest feedback can easily get you fired. Now the environment feels chaotic. Everyone is constantly scrambling to handle weekly emergencies, and management is always looking for someone to blame. In just one year, I watched more than ten employees, myself included, leave voluntarily. Upper management shows little to no respect for their staff, and it’s obvious in how they speak to people. Unless you are truly desperate for a job, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Side note: The HR department at Atmosera is the worst I have ever encountered. Expect a two to four week delay for even the simplest responses. At this point, it seems like more effort goes into avoiding responsibilities than actually doing the job.

Not what it used to be

Pros

Provides bonuses for certifications and a dependable group of coworkers who look out for each other.

Cons

It used to be an excellent workplace for growth, but changes in leadership have created confusion and tanked morale. The focus shifted from teamwork and problem solving to office politics, which destroyed trust within the team. Leadership often seems unsure of what they even want from the team, leaving everyone walking on eggshells. Management sets extremely high expectations for the team while providing little to no support, including poor staffing and at times outright dishonesty. A motivational speech once in a while replacing solid plans to resolve team issues. The passive aggressive and disrespectful way they communicate makes it clear how little they actually value their employees.
