Pros

I have never worked for a better company. I can definitely say that change is something that is constant but the change is always to make continuous improvements. Very consistent with daily/weekly meetings and holding each person accountable to ensure we are all doing our part. Communication is something you can always expect through different forums to ensure everyone, even in different parts of the country is on the same page and following the same protocols. They provide support if they see you struggling. I always see promotions from within so as long as you want to succeed, just put the work in and you will be recognized. Additionally, I was blown away by how far they went to support staff members during the COVID-19 pandemic. Atria provided relief programs to assist staff members when they weren’t even expecting it. Atria cares and for me caring goes a very long way.

Cons

Losing the residents you have grown to love have been the biggest challenge. No fault of Atria But an additional pro working for Atria is the support system they have in place to help handle the grief. It provides comfort to help you continue on.
