The residents I adore being there for, many hard working individuals that keep the tight ship. Our little place is in a dynamic transition, the root core staff are strong and flexible. Great place to work,

Job classification discrepancy . If a man alone is the man alone handling other job tasks should he not be paid just? An honest day's work is an honest day's pay doesn't seem to level.

Fast Burn out Management responds to Emergency calls. No Assisted Living so staff are trying to keep up with the demands of the aging population without clinical help.
