Pros

Management that care, all the way from the CEO down. I enjoy my relationships with upper management and feel appreciated and supported. With Covid-19 going around the company has really stepped up and supported their employees, not just financially but in other areas too. Thank you Atria, proud to be a part of the team!

Cons

People are so quick to leave negative reviews so it’s important that happy employees leave good reviews too. There really is not much to say that is negative. Expectations are certainly high but there is a reason why the company is very successful and who does not want to work for a successful company? If you work hard and do well it will be an enjoyable company to work for.

welcoming, flexible hours, fun coworkers, enjoyable environment, easy to work as a full time student

Cons

scheduling can be messed up sometimes but all good as long as you communicate with the manager
