Pros

None.... I would really not recommend unless you enjoy working all the time for little pay and little support...

Cons

-overworked, expected to work 70+ hours on low salary. Low pay. Management expected to work all overtime as overtime for hourly employees is not allowed - poor treatment from company executives. Including CEO, Vice President, company regional head chefs - very untrusting American company, now uses face scans - extremely low budget, not realistic from varying regions in Canada - does not support local buying and good quality food. Fast, easy and cheap is their motto - pay hourly staff low wages which makes it difficult for department managers to find and retain employees - treatment of managers is poor from higher up - unrealistic expectations from the company on all employees - company heads do not care about employees or customers - company heads cut all budgets drastically when competitors get substantially more - poor HR - company does not support managers just puts more unrealistic expectations on them - lack of support when help is needed. Does not truly listen to managements concerns - don’t support work/life balance - poor company culture

Pros

Some Support from Regionals. Nice Locations. RRSP Matching. Good Ideals and Morals even though they get lost some times.

Cons

Have to work weekends. A lot is asked of you for nothing. Work Weekends and all stats with no extra time off in lieu. Newer Company so a lot of changes. They completely change the scope of business for a position each year. Very Sales focused but not a lot of support unless the executive director is on board. A lot of employee turnover. Company policy is Higher than industry standard Rate Increases to Drive Revenue, which only punished existing customers and even more so long term residents.
