Pros

Really great stepping stone into other areas of healthcare IT. Great hours once you gain some seniority

Cons

If you are working in the support center be prepared to work extremely hard. They are understaffed and the call volume is massive. There could be 14-15 reps all on the phone with 15-30 calls holding. The Support Center is kind of like the red headed step child of their IT support. The rest of the building or teams have greater flexibility and able to manager their workflow better. If it''s a Monday, be prepared to come in, sit down and answer calls back to back to back.

Pros

The live well incentives are helpful with healthcare cost. This is a good benefit

Cons

In a long term care building it would be helpful to have a business office on site to assist with finance and activity of the building.
