      Senior management is often out of touch with what is really going on with the people who do the work. Getting time off approved has become increasingly difficult, and management has unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Great work/life balance. Patient Accounting department has been recognized as one of the best in the country.

      Cons

      Not an overly stimulating environment within patient accounting. It is cubeland and can become quite boring but overall a great place to work.
