      There are many opportunities for continuous growth and advancement. The company offers a solid benefits package. The potential for job stability is phenomenal. There are some truly exceptional people who are associated with this organization who are committed to doing the right thing each and every day.

      Cons

      The organization has experienced a tremendous amount of growth and development during recent years. The extreme growth has presented some challenges as the communication and processes have struggled to keep up with the changes. There are also some individuals who are not exceptional leaders yet year after year they continue to act in the same inappropriate and unprofessional manner.

      The growth of the company provide professional growth opportunities for employees. And, job security is much better than in other companies and industries.

      Cons

      Salaries are not going to be as high for the same role or function as in other industries. We have several large banks in the area and the salaries are significantly higher for the same job.
