Great people, poor pay

Pros

The people are great, best coworkers I’ve had. A real team environment.

Cons

They pay nurses so little it’s offensive. There’s the typical “do more with less” struggles with staffing and resources. After only four months I’m leaving because I can’t financially make it work. I’ve never been paid so little as a nurse.
