      Easy to move around within the system (change job titles or location).

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance, so benefits aren't great. Hard to get a job unless you know someone within the system.

      Pros

      I haven't found many yet. I guess if you work in a good department, managers and teammates are friendly and help each other, pay is competitive but bonuses and raises seem to be only for a select few.

      Cons

      Long hiring process, horrible insurance benefits and PTO accrual, very strict attendance policy but seems to depend on who you work for, the cafeteria does have decent food and allows you to scan your badge but prices are high. Parking for employees is horrible and can take more than 10 minutes at a time to find a spot and you get a ticket from the hospital if you park where patients are supposed to park. They are a very money oriented company, everything comes down to the bottom line and most departments are constantly short staffed due to high turnover. The company gets paid back from your insurance premiums because you have to go to their doctors and getting any financial assistance to help with medical bills is a horrible process even if you work for them.
