Management. I worked in several different areas through my years with the company and it was almost exactly the same regardless of where I worked. People put in management positions that knew nothing of the jobs they were managing and were basically "yes men" for higher ups. It was as if knowledge and experience were not valued, as most of the people promoted and put into management positions lacked those qualities. There are always exceptions and I knew of a few really great, qualified managers but they were few and far between. One of the places I worked was very questionable about certain managers. Targeting them, forcing resignations if higherups decided they didn't like them anymore, and even in several occasions making up false allegations to force termination. It got to the point that I finally found a job outside the company because I couldn't stomach the behavior of some of the management staff.
