Pros

Many facilities in the system and continually growing.

Cons

They don’t value loyalty. Because of the current CEO, they have become very Afrocentric and appear to promote and groom African American employees much more than other groups, with a sense of reverse discrimination. Pay is limited by individual managers for those they like. Pay is not commensurate with other local facilities, unless you are in management. The CEO makes big money on the backs of employees. They cut staffing numbers of actual patient care givers, making it dangerous to patient safety and jeopardize the licenses and livelihood of workers.

Pros

Lovely nurses, great patients, medical staff effective

Cons

Management does not care about employees or patients. Unethical. Uncaring. Moral distress on a daily basis.
