Management sends emails saying they don't want to micromanage BUT, and then proceed to micromanage every little detail of your workflow without actually knowing enough about your job to be able to step in and help out. Benefits are horrible especially for a health system, they recently updated the PTO policy and getting time off requires seniority which has proven to be a hassle. Many things changed within management this year, but it feels more like a cool kids club now rather than a management team that appreciates their employees.
