Pros

Lots of opportunities for advancement and transfer. Good Pay Scales

Cons

Management is EXTREMELY focused on goals HR has taken over everything. No point in having managers anymore as HR controls all of their decisions.

Pros

Good people to work with, making a difference by helping patients.

Cons

Horrible pay for the actual load of work you do. No health benefits unless you buy the company’s insurance plan. Sick days and vacation days are all together so if you mess time for you or your kids being sick, you might not get a vacation. Only 1 week of vacation in the summer. Petty raises yearly, 10-30 cents increase per year.

Pros

Great team environment, compensation is comparable to other institutions, commitment to community service

Cons

Complicated administrative structure sometimes makes getting things done a bureaucratic nightmare. Health benefits have been reduced in the last few years.
