      Pros

      Large system so if you can find a job within, you may be able to move. I worked with some good people.

      Cons

      Did not feel like the company really cared for its people. As a healthcare company, the health benefits could have been more reasonably priced for families, which was the majority of its workforce.

      Pros

      Very good company to work for - though at times stressful largely due to staffing shortages. Work is consistent and your effort is amply rewarded by manager and upper management. Like any other environment - can be "cliquey" like any other environment, best practice is to be neutral and get your work done . If you want to advance, the company provides opportunities either in voluntary training, shadowing, or paid-reimbursement for going to school. Overall, good company to work for.

      Pros

      The pay is alright and you get time off for going over hours sometimes/get comp time. I love the job itself too.

      Cons

      Management is awful. Mine is sexist and can’t say thank you for anything. I was injured on the job because management went out drinking during work hours and excused everyone else to leave. They don’t fire coworkers who don’t work, which means you have to work enough to cover them if you want to do a good job. A lot of late nights, early mornings, and weekend labs.
