      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Continue to let go of associates and increase work load on departments to reduce budgets. Pay is minimal as are the increases.

      Great environment; Employees; Laid-back (for the most part); Constantly being trained for new skill sets. Engaged managers; great opportunity to move up.

      Cons

      30 minute lunch break-varies on each department. Repetitive work. Must wait a year before you can transfer into a new position.
