Pros

Complete benefits package-select services you need for yourself or family, PTO, co-workers are easy to get along with throughout departments, great activities to get involved in outside of standard work hours, perks/discounts around the city of Charlotte for showing badge, etc.

Cons

Unfair bonuses and raises mostly given to nursing departments when other departments do just as much or more! Nursing staff should be required to tour other departments so they understand other's POV for better flow of workload. Pay is lower than the average.

Pros

PTO, Good Benefits (i.e. employee medical insurance=$12/pay period-w/no kids, 401k match, cheap dental & vision=$5-7), Holidays off (depending your location), friendly/peppy staff, point system=receiving points to buy stuff from company/employee site (i.e 300 points=bag/coffee maker/etc.)

Cons

Management attempts to delegate unpaid activities (i.e Huddles/meetings/pulling the weight of others-->supervisory work*) if you start leading activities then choose to stop, you'll be penalized. Your volunteer effort becomes a mandatory task. The company has its own Health Insurance called Medcost. so if you get insurance, you're basically paying the company back. Medcost is cheap for employees but expensive if you have kids (adds on about $115 for children) however, the more kids you have the better deal (same price for having 1 child or 4). Another Con, overly peppy employees & somewhat prying.
