      Great benefits, decent pay and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, but this isn't the case with all leaders. With the right fit and manager you'll love working here.

      Pros

      CHS is a large company and there is a lot of opportunity to move around. The system has good vision and mission.

      Cons

      The pay is low compared to the rest of the country. The health insurance coverage is awful and many have gone to spouses plans or purchased their own. The hospital owns the insurance plan not only does that seem like a conflict of interest, it.is also ridiculous that people that provide health care barely have coverage

      Great company, good benefits, lower than average salaries

      Pros

      A good stable company, for the most part. Once you are on the inside, it is somewhat easy to submit transfers for career growth and they have lots of opportunities. The time off benefits are good too.

      Cons

      Always short staffed so everyone is overworked and moral usually isn't that good in most departments, especially doctors offices.
