      Pros

      Employer stability, a large system with many opportunities and resources to aide with career growth. Organization invests in the employees with health rewards, classes, continuing education, and rewards and recognition for high performance and achievement. .

      Cons

      As with any healthcare system, many and frequent changes. Insurance benefits continue to dwindle, which is sad. Overall a great place to work but there is often much tolerance for poor behavior and the HR does not always seem supportive of the manager who is trying to correct behaviors.

      More resources than you could imagine. Truly sets you up to succeed if you buy into the system. Has the ability for advancement.

      Cons

      Large company that can be difficult to navigate. HR is extremely difficult to work with from a managerial aspect. Can be a bit top-heavy at times.
