Pros

Flexible hours, the guests are great

Cons

They are always looking for little ways to take from the employees. Reduced pay without warning. Reduced hours without warning. Sub par employees get away with whatever they want while good employees are taken advantage of.

Not Worth the Headache

Pros

Flex Schedule. Work Life Balance

Cons

Corporate management enacts policies for on site employees that they don't adhere to themselves. Insurance rates are outrageous and they utilize active enrollment which is basically the employee jumping through hoops to sign themselves up for less than stellar plans.

Unrealistic expectations

Pros

the relationships built at the hotel level are great and everyone works hard to take care of the guest together.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations and an unbelievable amount of stress created by them. Constantly changing policies and you are made to feel inferior for not knowing about these changes. Management salaries are below the comp set and near impossible to fill for that reason. Corporate always speaks about valuing someones tenure and experience but that seems to go out the window when an equity adjustment is requested for salaries. Only goes to illustrate the only thing that they really care about.

Thank you so very much for your earnest and candid feedback. As a current Atrium Hospitality associate, we regret that your experience has been less than favorable. We value the input and contributions of our associates as evidenced by our many communications channels available for them to share their ideas and feedback with us. Please make every effort to leverage these channels so that we can continue to "Listen. Care. Act." as our mantra suggests. As it relates to compensation specifically, we continue to review wages to make sure that we remain competitive in each of our markets and, when and where possible, make any necessary adjustments. Our commitment to ensure that every Associate has a fulfilling, rewarding and mutually beneficial experience remains a priority for us. In doing so, we hope to continue embodying our core values of Perseverance, Teamwork, Service and Respect. Again, please be sure to share your feedback with us often so you can be assured that it is being addressed in a timely and effective manner.
