Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about your experience as an Atrium Hospitality Associate. Today, it seems like we are all looking for ways to more effectively balance our personal and professional lives and we don't want either to suffer for it. Yet, we understand that part of what comes with working for a growing company may, at times, mean putting in hours that are demanding. As a company, we recognize that it is important for our Associates to plug into their families after a long work day or week. As we continue to grow, we will hire and place the right people in positions so that we can maintain the staffing levels required for optimal efficiency, performance and results. And when those days or weeks come when we know we are asking people to stretch a little further than usual, we will add some FUN to the equation to show everyone how much we appreciate their hard work and personal sacrifice. As to your comments about paid holidays, your feedback is noted and has been echoed by others. We are consistently looking at our policies in an effort to adjust them in ways that benefit our associates without also creating challenges to business operations.
