Pros

Only Pros you are employed and gained a paycheck no-weekly

Cons

No holiday PTO, you barely receive vacation PTO, health benefits horrible very high with little coverage, Management makes promise and then at the last moment changes their mind. Management company is all about their bottom line, this company care little about how their employees feel... slave workers!!!!

Pros

This company purchased some of the very best hotels, and staff in their comp sets. They seem to be willing to put money into the properties in the form of renovations which is great.

Cons

Unreasonably expensive insurance benefits. Reduced PTO plan because it was "too generous". No paid holidays or sick time - so if you have a family be prepared to use all of your vacation time for these two things and never actually get to take a vacation! Significantly reduced Bonus Plan earning potential AND increased required productivity to earn - costing their Top Sellers 10's of thousands of dollars in payouts per year. High turnover, and lack of ability to acquire new talent in all departments due to poor benefits/pay package.

We are continuing to look at each of these items very critically with the goal of making adjustments when and where possible. We appreciate your input as we continue to make Atrium Hospitality a great place to work and grow! As we continue to grow, we will hire and place the right people in positions so that we can maintain the staffing levels required for optimal efficiency, performance and results. And when those days or weeks come when we know we are asking people to stretch a little further than usual, we will add some FUN to the equation to show everyone how much we appreciate their hard work and personal sacrifice. Pros

There really weren't any positives except for maybe some of my coworkers.

Cons

Revolving door of staff, which always indicates deeper issues. Brain dead recruiters. Some managers who couldn't lead themselves out of a potato sack. I would have given this dump zero stars if it would have let me.
