Volatile, poor management of resources, disconnect between People Officers and Ops

Salary, some great clients, high number of vacation days

Cons

Too many to list really. The company is constantly restructuring, poor communication, layoffs across departments and voluntary leavers in leadership. My mental health has suffered tremendously due to the crazy ups and downs. Crying shouldn’t be a normal part of the work day. Career opportunities only for a fortunate few

Employees are hard working and many are welcoming to new team members.

Cons

Received assurances about teams having efficient and intuitive processes, comprehensive document tracking programs, and thorough on-boarding specific to the job at the interview stage. Not the case. There is no document tracking program in place that I'm aware of; at least not in my division. They are too large not to have one. Chaos rules. I would not have accepted the position knowing what I know now.

Good health benefits, paid time off between Christmas and New Years

Cons

Constantly understaffed and being told to "do more with less", unfair balance of workloads, pay is worse than industry standard and no honest transparent communication internally from senior leadership. Frequent layoffs made in secrecy with an already understaffed workforce and no coverage plan in place. Nepotism runs rampant. Left this place with severe burnout and clinically diagnosed PTSD from the poor management and insane workload placed on me.
