Remote, decent pay (before the acquisition), opportunity to gain valuable experience, you can make great connections in industry.

Cons

Micromanagement, favoritism, unrealistic expectations, bullying of junior staff, high turnover, lack of consistency and communication from leadership. Acquisition destroyed this place.
