There is a complete lack of unified leadership and a huge disconnect between how things are done and what the procedures require. There is also so much history of bad decisions and cleanup required that no one can ever catch a breath, let alone train anyone appropriately. They rely on read and accept training for everything with no follow checks to see if it’s comprehended. Leadership is not aligned on priorities and has created a dysfunctional culture and burnt out talent. They dance their way out of audits and add bandaid on top of bandaid without ever addressing the elephant in the company.
