Toxic Environment

Pros

Great cause to reduce opioids but even the product is 20 plus years old with hardly any innovation.

Cons

Toxic environment. You’ll thrive if you’re remarkably political, not necessarily for your good and hard work. Recent massive RIF in sales force and some corporate folks, understandably since the organization has been struggling. Toxic and would not recommend working here.

Acute Pain Division a Nightmare

Pros

The tenured Reps are great to work with and try to help.

Cons

There is absolutely no vision for the future. Selling the same product for 15 years with no research or innovation to compete in the market. Training did nothing to prepare the reps for their jobs. There is no cohesiveness between messaging and data.

Good products and good clinical research

Cons

Company not stable... backorders for dumb reasons, restructuring sales force and horrible communication, no directions and company seems like it’s being prepared to be sold
