Flexible working hours and home office day often turns into “day off” as people abuse this opportunity, starting with management. There is no EMEA GM for more than 6 months, Current leadership shows no local management skills due to lack of leadership, charisma, ownership...... HR is hardly ever in the office and holds a “closed door” policy as the focus is not local employees but own image towards US leadership. Friday is fun day as no one is in the office, no mails, no interuptions as the majority of people “work” at home. Further more it is a stressy environment which is not needed if everyone would actually work 5 days per week including management. if back office team leadership would have less self-pity and work instead it would actually be a great company to work in.

No direction, poor people management, no career development, fake environment, pure focus on profit and that pretty much says it all.
