Pros

Benefits are more generous than most with a 6% match that is fully vested from hire date. HSA contributions and extremely reasonable premiums. The products and vision give you motivation and something to believe in. Comp is higher than market in my opinion.

Cons

We hire "up" way too much. Consistently, there are individual contributors brought in who do not meet the needs of the role. We are paying too much for too little talent and it creates more work for others and a negative energy on the team.
