      Pros

      Great co-workers. Employees believe in what they are doing. Great products that not only help patients but help combat the opioid epidemic in the US. Benefits are more competitive than most companies Exciting opportunity to be in growth mode of the medical devices business.

      Cons

      A lot of work is asked from employees with the recent Halyard divestiture.

      Showing promise, but still some work to do

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, including 401k match up to 6% with vesting on day 1; health benefits on day 1. The new CEO started in June of 2017 and we have seen a huge increase in employee engagement. The company is still reeling from a huge divestiture, new technology platform, and increased turnover. Structure is being put in place for the future that shows promise and prosperity.

      Cons

      Instability and too much work for the remaining staff.

      Pros

      I am in the acute pain division and sell the ON-Q pump and other products. It is a great non-narcotic therapy and patients really can benefit from it.

      Cons

      Competition coming in to market may hold back the company in the long run
