Great Place to Work... for a Conservative Traditionalist

Pros

- Awesome vacation plan. - Good Benefits and 401K. Compensation is on the higher end of the spectrum. - Recent Re-branding was innovative and Fresh. Increase in employee engagement. - Sales gets a lot of perks. - CFO is the BEST part of the C-suite. CEO is fine. His senior staff - not so much. - Female friendly place of employment. - If you like change, this place is always evolving! - You always have the opportunity and freedom to start a Project at any level, which is good for leadership development.

Cons

- This company does not like young people(<35). This has reduced my ability to recommend. - Not a lot of Vertical mobility. You can easily "get stuck" in a department. It's also very hard to move between the pay grade levels. - Going backwards when it comes to modernity of schedule. Work from home days reduced. We used to get unlimited sick days. Decreased flexibility - not corporate wide, now it's based on your individual manager. - No comprehensive training standard - Tattoos? Piercings? Anything about you not white and vanilla? Maybe this company isn't for you... - NO RECYCLING

Pros

Great products that have a strong presence

Cons

Management more like MICRO-management and culture. I took this position with excitement which didn't last long. I quickly found what was promised to me and my colleagues was far from the reality. The way this company operates ie: technology and business analytics is far from the level the any medical company should carry themselves. Numbers are always inaccurate. Training is a joke. The admin work in this job (which no one talks about) is next level ridiculous
