Company is currently working towards improving.

Cons

Job security is questionable. Constantly under supply chain challenges. Poor car reimbursement. Commission plan is confusing. High turnover- 10 current open territories.

Fast paced environment with opportunity to make meaningful impact

Pros

Small enough company that you get exposed to a lot more than you would at a larger company, but also large enough that you get the benefits of understanding the dynamics of a publicly traded company Great people culture

Cons

Things are always changing, which sometimes inhibits the ability to measure the impact of all the individual changes themselves
