Great people work there. Employees are focused and want the company to do well.

Cons

Frustrating place to work. Very poor management. Do not like to be challenged so become very defensive.

Pros

Pay and benefits are reasonable. Nice people at the individual contributor level to work with.

Cons

Too much prioritization on hiring management; little to no support for people who are not. Management is out of touch with employees and the work they face on a day to day basis. Little to no incentives for early career professionals here. Retains a more traditional company culture despite recent re-branding.

Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits, sales employees that do well are properly rewarded. Wonderful products.

Cons

Company reorganized and spun off divisions 3 times in my 5 year stay. Name changed with each reorg - insecurity among employees. Hard to keep up with "the plan" when middle and upper management org keeps changing.
