Good pay. Work remote from anywhere.

Cons

They sell you on how much of a small family they are and how well they treat their employees. They get on calls and tell you how happy the clients are with our work. Then they get you a call and tell you they don't have any work in the pipeline and are letting you go....while still working on the contract that you started on with month's remaining.

Extremely disorganized Tunnel Vision Owner is in and out and nothing happens without her approval, delegates everything to President who has no authority Lack of vision and understanding of current enterprise software environment. Lack of Product Management and Product Marketing. Lack of processes.. Unrealistic expectation about company potential
