Overly concerned with cutting costs. Inability to see the potential for this company. Hurting morale with meaningless bean-counting, stupid metrics that don't mean much, are made up and have NOTHING to do with success, but serve to make employees nervous.

Being asked to sacrifice when the exec's don't. Examples such as.... 1. we are told to travel coach, which is fine, but then asked to go thru several airports even on our own time to get the best fair yet the CEO fly's everywhere and post's to Facebook and rubs it in... He also posts that he takes out customers across the world all the time at expensive restaurants on our dime. The stock is down to an all time low and he is spending money like crazy. 2. We all are working 3-5 jobs and he has a group of people that work for Avid doing his Facebook page, helping him write his books, managing his social media..... 3. Doesn't listen to anyone snd thinks he knows all. What kind of leader thinks he walks on water when all those around him think he is a narcissistic greedy person - and these people around him have industry experience. Pathetic CEO.
