Pros

The culture and employees were predominantly remote long before Covid and were shifted even more heavily that way by the pandemic. It has been a wonderful thing to be a part of.

Cons

As with any remote team, the interaction quantity and thusly rapport built across different teams is challenging, but it’s certainly not bad!

- Great people to work with - the products actually work!! - fast paced environment - work life balance (every other Friday off, company wide) - overall good company

Cons

- compensation is slightly under average, but overall worth it with all the other benefits
